If they have made and kept millions and millions of profit and then some to me that carries much more weight than wholesaling little deals.This mentor has more than likely seen many different cycles and has been successful over a very long period of time.I talk myself to other brokers who are in their 60's,70's, and 80's in age and have seen many cycles.

Agents Commission, Closing Costs, Sellers Concessions, Price Reductions, Vacant Holding Costs, Clean up to Sell, not to Rent, Repairs to Sell, not to Rent.Then comparing that with Lease to Own, they can rent out for PITI (if rent is less than PITI, then add an option payment monthly.)Hope this list helps your Lease To Own Business!
