I'd want to save the money and just have to do minor touch ups in the future

This will involve touch-up paint on exterior trim, changing the thermostat, and cleaning floors.

This typically covers paint and whatever touch up I might need for x,y,z reasons.

Easy to clean, good for traffic, easy to touch up (key).And, you guessed it, the color choice was inspired by what the previous owner had used in my fourplex....

@David SissonDon't mind doing insulation if the wall is already opened up but haven't tried renting a machine to blow it yet and I am not even sure if it would be worth doing that myself.I'll usually touch up paint myself or paint a few rooms which is usually enough to get by with my rentals.

There is no way to touch up flat paint.

Also, some Photoshop touch-up does wonders.

We also make sure to leave touch-up paint with the colors labeled.

Some people will quote less then $1,000 to get ready, b/c they say "touch up paint".
