I'm not interested in whole-selling, but might be a good place to learn a bit and meet some new people, especially as a potential investor might be good to talk to some folks that are whole-selling to get some good deals.I did see some lower priced deals here on Bigger Pockets in the Tacoma area, which is encouraging.
