Not only that, she asked me if I could use the security deposit to hire a moving van to move her, since she doesn't have anymore money left to hire a mover!

Properties are in Tacoma so ideally someone there, though I live in Seattle.

I am a known quantity on the funding side  so when I say go they go. and this is were I see most that THINK they want to wholesale miss the entire point of being a RE mover and shaker you need MONEY and or MONEY connections.. if you want long term viable business.

I'm not interested in whole-selling, but might be a good place to learn a bit and meet some new people, especially as a potential investor might be good to talk to some folks that are whole-selling to get some good deals.I did see some lower priced deals here on Bigger Pockets in the Tacoma area, which is encouraging.  

Has anyone had any experience working with Park 52 out of Tacoma for managing their properties?
