If you have no skin in the game, you'll usually start at 50% equity and work your way from there depending on what you can offer.But doing 10 deals a year with a partner is much better than doing 1 or 2 deals on your own. just be open and flexible to make a deal that's mutually beneficial

BUT luck does hit if you keep your ores in the water, stay in the game.

I have been in the Real Estate game for over 20+ years as a licensed professional. 

Banks want you to have "Skin in the game" in other words they want you to have your own money at risk.That said just because you can do a deal with 100% financing does not mean it is a good deal.
