Should I get my real estate license while attending University?

We had that changed in the Montgomery County/DC form specifically because too many sellers were voiding the contracts when buyers would come in with unreasonable requests.But the reopening of negotiations I thought was a universal thing, as it's the case in 3 out of the 4 states I do business in.

I am currently a fifth year (5/5) Mechanical Engineering student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, I have recently accepted a full time job offer as a Mechanical Engineer at a chemical company located in Deer Park, TX with a start date in July 2019. 

I personally like Frank Wolfe's course at MHP University.

I’m currently living in Ottawa and I’ve been working in property management for almost 4 years now, I’ve also recently graduated university with a business degree.

I don't have the specific case law for each state - and am not aware of any case law where non-conforming usage has been struck down.There are a lot of threads on the Mobile Home University website where different people have tested this in different states that may help.

As a 24 year old working in Sacramento after studying engineering at the University of California Berkeley, I stayed for $550/mo in Rancho Cordova, all included in a furnished room in a 30-something lady’s twin house (shared a wall with another owners house).
