2 properties are located in Winter Park, FL and the one I'm under contract is in downtown Orlando.

I found out about the closing falling through the day I arrived in Orlando for six weeks' training with a new employer, and simply haven't had the time to fully dig into this just yet.

I am from the states (my wife isn't) and we are living overseas trying to identify investment properties (strong preference for foreclosed single-family homes) around Orlando, FL that we could rent out on a weekly basis.

Another tenant been there 18 years, 15 years, 10 years, Maria has been there 2 years, but before that she was in unit 1, she got married and divorced and came back after 2 years.They all speak Spanish, but Maria is the only one who speaks English, so communication is a problem.They have no lease, but are all long term tenants and they stay because of the low rent and because they all know each other.So who mows the yard, oh Orlando does...who is Orlando?
