However, I’m trying to take advantage of Wine Country out East.

I recently transitioned from my career in the wine industry to pursue real estate full time.

Once we started to realize that there are more and more tourists heading to wine country, we realized that an Airbnb could be pretty awesome. 

Hunting deals on Christmas Eve while the rest of the world was drunk on wine. 

We also provide our guests with basic toiletries (mini shampoos, conditioner, soap, shower gel and lotion, makeup remover wipes). 100 pcs cost about 100 in total.Make up remover wipes were huge so guests do not leave stains on our towels.Each guest gets a bottl of wine when they arrive.

We put in everything we would want in a nicer middle to high end rental:  toaster oven, mixers, wine stoppers/ tuper ware, full spice cabinet, tons of cook ware, roasting pans, dishes to handle 1.5x occupancy, lots of coffee mugs, glass ware, two coffee makers, steak knives, salad bowls, kids plates/bowls.
