New Member Intro - Sonoma County, CA
Hello BP Community,
My name is Michael Holvoet, 32 years old and located in Santa Rosa, CA. I recently transitioned from my career in the wine industry to pursue real estate full time. My wife and I currently own two homes in town one of which we reside in and the other is a 3brd, 2bath rental which we plan on selling this year.
I am a newly licensed agent looking for a local broker to work under and partner with. My main goal in the future is to own and operate a property management company focused on single-family homes, multi-family homes and vacation rentals. My other goal is to learn more about out-of-state investing and eventually find the right partnership to accomplish that.
