I never saw them chasing deals at 10 o'clock at night like I was or passed them on the road at 6AM driving for dollars like I was,  but I could always find them in a bar on Beale st. or sitting in a fried chicken joint spending money they didn't have on food they didn't need.It's just hard work.

For example a dated kitchen with walls yellow from cigarette smoke and a 60 year old oven is fine, a kitchen that you can't cook food in is not fine -- even if it is otherwise modern, new, and clean.

Since a renter cannot go without food, most will not go without medicine, they cannot go without transportation and most do not want their kids to go without these either, they have to pick and choose often which bills to pay and how much.Rent is usually the very first thing to get behind in emergencies.
