If you've been a landlord for 4 months you might be getting in over your head (unless you have a PM in place, which I suppose you might if you're in med school). 

There was a lot I got a feel for walking around West Baltimore over to Poppleton and the UMD med-tech area.

It's so affordable that I often speak with some who fly here 2 to 4 times a year just to buy meds (you can legally only bring a 3 month supply across the border) or to get dental work.
