Sounds like the house I grew up in .

I recently spent time working in Howard County, MD where I handled BHRP vouchers frequently which grew my interest in section 8 housing and encouraged me to make my first effort in Section 8 property which I purchased in Anne Arundel, MD.I am interested in learning more about individual investment strategies, especially funding as I though I appear to be "mortgaged out".

In early 2018 I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and my desire to get started in real estate grew stronger.

I’ve got a brother currently under contract purchasing a foreclosure property in the small town we grew up in.

So help the 9to5 guy/gal (99% of this forum) looking to escape the drag, who grew up watching the Carlton Sheets infomercial. 

If not we own 20 properties in Gloucester city and have a PM who grew up in Gloucester city and knows everyone.  

I grew up there and have owned a handful of properties the past 10 years. 

I grew up in north Texas and I definitely remember my childhood house having foundation repairs done.
