I used an insurance broker in the area who found me our policy amongst the different carriers.

He had to reset the main breaker that turned off dryer, so it was a quick fix, but said it could prevent messing up appliance and having to pay more.

My main concern with this this is it's a separate asset that has to be attached to the structure.What happens when you need to have the roof replaced they're going to have to detach that thing.
