The house is unlivable and does not meet city code so it cant even be rented!

When commercial space is converted to residential there is the zoning and landlord/tenant issue on the one hand, and the Ohio Building/electrical/fire code on the other hand.

Very late to the thread, but I'm looking for ways to have Buildium work with QuickBooks as well.My PM company uses Buildium so all the transactions under management are coded in Buildium.
