I am an investor myself here in Columbus OH and own a successful rental portfolio valued over 7 figures.

Then figure out the time and energy you can commit to investing and other life priorities to be.

But when we compare this year's figures to 2019 (the last normal tourism year pre-COVID), we see continued growth. 

Since I have to do the entire place, and it's unfurnished I figured this would be the perfect time to paint and then do touch ups later.

However, I have been trying to figure out possible creative financing options to build more without having to sell, but I cannot seem to find a lender willing to do 100% down on land and construction even though the LTV would be below 50% since I can basically build for costs of material plus minimal labor by doing almost all of it myself , with a little help here and there. 

It's not always that easy, but just another tool to add to your toolbox to figure a good rental estimate.

I have no idea why (never had a single fraud issue), but after spending several hours going down the rabbithole of figuring why this happened, we just want a solution.Some of the other banks we are with seem to make it overly complicated to have more than a single account.Any recos?
