thats the issue at hand here though. i just want him to rent my places for me thats it. i dont want him doing the books or fixing stuff. i want the property management people to keep doing the accounting duties, but i dont want them renting my places for me anymore. i have actually called a lawyer on thos and put a call into the real estate bureau that is in charge of this kind of thing to get a ruling on where i stand. i just figured maybe someone here would have some insight thats all.if i have to do the work myself , i will. as i cant let a building i put so much into be another crack condo and put the values of peoples condos at jepordy that actually give a sh*t.
