I think people who emigrate tend to be the risk-takers of their own societies so we end up getting the more enterprising ones.

thats the issue at hand here though. i just want him to rent my places for me thats it. i dont want him doing the books or fixing stuff. i want the property management people to keep doing the accounting duties, but i dont want them renting my places for me anymore. i have actually called a lawyer on thos and put a call into the real estate bureau that is in charge of this kind of thing to get a ruling on where i stand. i just figured maybe someone here would have some insight thats all.if i have to do the work myself , i will. as i cant let a building i put so much into be another crack condo and put the values of peoples condos at jepordy that actually give a sh*t.

I would think that a fixed interest loan would not involve "an expectation of profits arising from a common enterprise".

It's due to go to tax sale next Tuesday (9/20/11), and since this is my relative's property, I have to find a way to put up the money to cover the back taxes, then enter a payment arrangement with the tax claim bureau.

Make sure you check with the credit bureau websites for the correct address as some of the addresses are incorrect that they have listed on the generic forms.
