Assuming that every digit of your calculation is correct and everything goes exactly as planned, is it worth doing for $15,000?

Is anyone investing in REITs that operate in the digital infrastructure space (cell phone towers, fiber optic networks, server farms, etc).

This basically means if the field line fails you'll need to dig it up and replace it where it is currently.

Their turnaround times have always been impressive even in counties that weren't digitized. 

I work from home normally (digital marketing business) but now I will be daddy day care in the day and work at night. 

Aside from providing the basics (ie. listing tool to get the property published to 10+ major sites, scheduling tool to schedule viewings, tenant screening with comprehensive applications -- pulled reports from TransUnion, which include nationwide criminal background checks + credit checks + eviction history, digital lease creation tool, rent collection tool, and maintenance tracking tool), some services also offer your tenants additional capabilities which makes it an easier sell on your end when getting them to transition over (ie. their ability to report on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus; this can create an added incentive for making sure they pay that rent on time).

I run a digital marketing agency and am really looking forward to getting to know a lot of you as well as learning from you with the hopes of helping each other build our businesses and livelihoods together.
