In my area in the northeast, if your neighbors were mad they could ultimately get code enforcement on your tail looking for intense renovations without permits or anything else.

Recently my dad got into a bit of an argument with a nonprofit organization about the tail end of our driveyway, which it turns out doesn't actually belong to us. 

First get all the sunshine pumped up your tail-pipe, lather with the snake-oil, then check em-out to get truth and reality of it from the "Oracle of Ohio".

That's easy to say on the tail end of nearly decade long roaring market, but the pendulum has a way of swinging back the other direction. 

So lets say you are alone walking home, with your fishnet stockings on, high heels toes painted pink, your long hair nicely in a pony tail and your mustache neatly trimmed (you weirdo) and this is a one way road you are walking on mind you.. and further up ahead you see a violent gang causing ruckus.

It's one way but I prefer to "hack the system" and use the data from really great organizations who have spent crazy $ and human resources to peg the hot markets of tomorrow, and just ride there coat tail too profits.
