I think i am in the green because the foreclosure documents from the court clearly stated the named defendants and their hiers, estate, successor are forever foreclosed upon.

If the tenant did not respond to the complaint and wasn't personally served then the judge grants only eviction and you have to go to small claims court ( unless amount is huge ) to get a judgment from the judge.If you took them to small claims court and they did not show up then a judge could grant a default judgment against the defendant.
