I think the "short term loophole" is probably a great way for tax benefits for my situation, just not sure if I'd be ready to commit to something more active like that.

I didnt consider that a strong agent (with full time commitment) could likely bring in more value than the extra 2.5% that I could save.

So I asked if i could buy it and now it’s a verbal commitment.

I wasn’t comfortable signing then and there as I wanted some time to review the agreement, read reviews on the program, think about it, talk to my dad, etc. before committing.

So far, it looks like the industry has responded by holding steadfast on their commitment to the NOI approach.

It's more of a matter of preference in regards to time commitment, style of communication and access to tools.
