Account ClosedDan Gilbert, owner of Quicken Loans and the Cleveland Cavaliers, is buying up most of Downtown and Midtown.

Seems that they have quite a few in the areas I invest in Cleveland, OH.Just wondering if anyone has any experience working with them or recommendations/cautions?

I am looking for lenders and title companies that understand how to dothe transaction in cleveland ohio.
