Yes, @Han ChangAll 4 metro of Texas going through same... i feel same in Dallas.Lot of Institution and Foreign money flowing in Real Estate.. only problem is not sure this will end soon or will continue like Canada and Australia... keep going up for 15 years..!!

When calls came in at 2 AM from Australia - he answered, got what the customer was looking for and got him the item.

Is anybody successfully doing realestate deals of any kind in Brisbane ?  I'm sure there is something that works here but I haven't figured it out yet.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated !
