Hi BP investors,I recently moved back to the USA after a seven year stint in Melbourne, Australia.

Does it mean that Australia is not a good market to do real estate investment?

I am in Australia but I am about to extend my investment business into the USA and I have some good contacts on the ground but I am always looking for more.

I'm completely new to RE, with no experience, but I am really keen to learn and understand how I can invest in US RE from Australia.

It's probably not helping that I'm currently living in Australia and trying to do this so the 14 hr time difference is killing me a bit.

:) It's quite common in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand to take a gap year right after university and I would have loved to do that, but decided to leave my home country and work instead.
