Being he has been a tenant for 5yrs, and now the situation with son, this should be an easy 2-birds-with-1-lease situation.

@Michael Fitts Letting perspective renters view a home via electronic entry is a recipe for disaster unless it is a typical MLS showing where they are accompanied by a licensed agent.  

I've been a foster parent, volunteered for the humane society, learned Spanish fluently helping migrant farmworkers for free, am vegan for ethical reasons, have a bird refuge and a zoo of rescues.

My thought is that if I do not take the offer of forbearance now I will not have any options later.I'd love to hear other thoughts on this and what negatives people may believe would accompany taking the forbearance.
