For those of you that dont know this area I'd like you to know this is a nice area with lots of snow and rainbirds when things cool off elsewhere.Check the winter temperatures at any weather site eg weather.com Lots of homes on the market beween Salton Sea and PalmSprings (AKA Cochella Valley) More of a buyers market as you've probably heardElevation is Sea Level in Indio to abt 500 ft near PalmSprings.

Make sure this will be enough to afford that new A/C unit next summer ;) (my luck, the AC would go out in the winter, go figure.lol)-if the property is any decent size, maybe 1ac+, i would look for the following: wetalnds/ floodplain, utilities, buildible terrain, etc.

I worked construction last season until October, Make about 6 grand a month GROSS, now Im going back to it this summer for 6 months then I am going to work on the oil rigs in the winter months,If all goes well I will have made over 110K gross in the next year..My question is I have no credit, Can I gain enough credit in the next year and only have worked with my company for one year to obtain a mortgage?
