Call them and ask for a supervisor.tell them it’s a mistake.if the supervisor refuses ask for their supervisor.

For a good tenant in your case, I would probably want to see at least verified employment (even get permission to call HR of the employer or supervisor if yours is not still in effect or dated) by the end of the month to give any leeway on the rent.
