Smaller properties are cheaper to update or can use higher quality materials.

There are cleaners in the area, but I'm not sure on the quality.

That said, the block itself is great, and my agent has included drone photos to showcase the quality of the area.

Buy quality not quantity.

So will more inventory hit the market in 2025, probably, but the key is, is it quality STR inventory hitting the market.

As are reviews, photos, customer service, management, and so on and so forth.If you have a quality, well located property you can take a bad review here and there. 

I specialize in single family homes in middle class neighborhoods , working people providing a high quality product for tenants that stay for avg. 5-10 years.   

You will constantly hear of  shortcuts during construction and the conscientious decision to use lower quality materials during the renovation. 

Your returns in investing ultimately come from exchanging terminally abundant goods (fiat dollars, debt/future fiat dollars) for terminally scarce goods (high quality, supply constrained real estate).Selling to go into cash isn’t of interest unless I have a short term need for that cash or am funding another purchase.
