Can anyone make a good recommendation for a Virtual Assistant?

I have lots of pictures and a virtual tour for them to see on my website.

hello, are there any virtual wholesalers out there?

What I'm interested in doing, for several reasons (most importantly the difficultly of my home market) is so-called virtual wholesaling -- wholesaling outside of my area.

I'm just getting started as a virtual wholesaler. 

this happened to me in TExas on virtually every house we did there.. values rising to rapidly and and all your buyers VA FHA  who also need closing cost assistance.. tough place to do vanilla retail flips ..same with many areas of the country were values have been stagnate for years. 

This behavior modification is the result of the virtual guarantee that if they do not pay the rent, they will be out on the street in less than 28 days.

It's virtually impossible to get them later.
