That's why I'm up right now at 5am with a truck load of towels and toilet paper.

West is still the most affordable section of the city that I think will benefit the most if Pittsburgh were to go thru mass gentrification but that's more of a toss up right now IMO.

I'm very lucky I never had to go through any of that scenario and got it set up right the first time.

In my own house I've had two Whirlpool dishwashers go belly up right after they ended their one year guarantee.No garbage disposals. 

Thus, I am covered for whatever comes up, right up front for at least the next five years. 

I would not consider doing this with most people, but this particular contractor is not only a very good friend and completely upright guy, he is also a very talented builder/contractor.

We currently have many units and it helps us keep track of our finances, helps us keep track of work orders with our supers and really just keeps the communication of the company up right!
