I have to take issue with the net listing remark.

I know nothing against him but after he gave the snarky remark, I thought "okay that was all I needed to confirm how I felt".I thought he was a bit cocky as it was but I hope the best for him.

I think that was probably an ignorant remark (but I'm a bit ignorant so I don't actually know.

I suppose you wont get arrested.. but the offending real estate agent/broker at least in our MLS system OR WA is subject to a 20k fine and expulsion.. keep in mind no one wants crooks or thieves having access to the private showing remarks etc.

Obviously there are some complaints about the company and you posted that you were amazed because they ran a big ad in Newsweek, WSJ, etc. that they could be disreptuable.The point you seem most worked up about is my remark that I turn away investors.

If your home needs remarkably little, compared to others, in terms of both time and money invested, you are presenting a better deal without having to lower your price.Two very basic upgrades most anyone can do on a budget are a fresh coat of paint and the addition of house plants.
