I'm s/w familiar with the Triangle area having lived in Durham. 

For that reason alone I'm extremely confident in the growth in the Texas Triangle.

In the North Carolina Triangle, listed below are all the homes currently owned by Zillow over 25 days on market (which is most of them) in ascending price order.If I were an opportunist who knew that Zillow wanted to get out of their inventory right now I would consider writing some aggressive offers and see what sticks.

That entire triangle, Indianapolis, Columbus, Louisville are enticing.

You are in the Triangle Area, which consist of Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill.

For starting out, I would strongly consider looking first in the triangle of streets between Culver and Merchants in 14609 (Grand, Garson, etc.). 

Right now Raleigh and Triangle market has shifted.
