If it was all stores and there were a lot of units and some were doing well that might be different.One tenant is underwritten differently than a retail strip center as break even ratios are different.

one tenant said she has bed bugs, we sent pest control for 3 times, and didn't find any bed bug, he called city, and city said even he caught bed bugs some place else and placed into a jar, and showed to the inspector in the apt, we have to do a bed bug treatment?

I'm a local business owner here and always have been interested in commercial real estate (shopping/strip center or individual shops) I'm in the automotive industry so my ultimate goal would be to buy and rent warehouses/auto shops.
