David's Meetups and those of Beau Eckstein (THRIVE REIA on the Meetup App and Facebook) are the best meetups in CC county. 

Recently we realized that we really thrive as a couple when practicing and learning about investing.

They aren't thriving as much as OC now but they all making the right moves to grow the city (and prices are much lower).

The new tenant has been great, and I'd love to have their new business thrive, but I can't help but feel that $300 missing every month.

Seems like investors in other states thrive with this strategy.Also, low inventory and high prices are a little intimidating.
