Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I am very excited to be here and to exchange knowledge with you all. 

I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and Investor. My husband and I did our first flip about a year ago in the San Antonio are. Lately we have been interested in buying a foreclosure property in Collin County. It is all pretty overwhelming with everything you need to know, but also really intriguing.

I am still a newbie podcast listener, though my husband has been listening to Bigger Pockets for a couple years. Recently we realized that we really thrive as a couple when practicing and learning about investing. I can truly thank Bigger Pockets Podcasts for the newly learned information. 

I cant wait to connect with some of you and build those important relationships : )
