I've checked pretty thoroughly and I can't find any comps where there are also two houses on one lot in the area.  

The very few properties that hit the MLS are the duds that have been thoroughly combed through by the serious players.

I will be sure to do a more thorough look next time before bringing it to others on BP.

Only invest MPs you trust, have conducted thorough due diligence on, and have spent time developing good relationships with.
