However I would think it is not unreasonable to charge higher if your property is well suited to the use and your rent still remains competitive with other properties in that zone.

So I can take the project management and apply it to other things.... like how I manage all of the property managers who landlord my others properties for me and I keep all of that running smoothly.So mix your interests and strengths and follow those, and then just be aware of what may be your weaker suites.
