When a property owner leaves the property, they don't always leave empty handed, they collect the surplus bid.  

Every three months we reconcile: if there is a surplus in the utilities budget account, we provide the tenants with the choice of leaving the balance in the account in anticipation of larger bills (i.e. winter) or applying it towards the next month's rent.  

Miami condos are in a huge surplus right now.

Buy some of these dummie surveillance cameras (really cheap from some of these surplus selling mags).

We get our cabinets from Surplus Warehouse.  

We currently have a surplus of investor capital and very little lendable inventory.

I see lots a surplus of homes for sale, but very few quality rentals.

Assuming the second mtg is named/served, they get wiped out and just receive any surplus left over, if any.  

There are always a number of properties left on the surplus tax sales list and I'm trying to see if there is a way to go back and buy them.
