Even just a straight cash investment into an OZ fund could be compelling given the tax-free potential after a 10 year hold period.And yes, most certainly consultant a CPA experienced with OZs but unfortunately those are limited given how new it is and we are still awaiting final IRS guidance which should be out by the end of this year.

Have him separate labor and materials to check this.With flooring, I've had a lot of success going straight to flooring boxstores and they will hold their subs accountable for reasonable pricing and save you headache.
