Do you typically pay someone to install? 

One would think that a bidder would pay $45,000 in my example (since they are assuming the first mortgage), but they are actually bidding $225,000.

Not sure if I have to pay for the more advanced features for it to work better but want to get other thoughts before I start syncing data and have to turn back.Thanks!

Another thing to note, these are high-paying jobs being moved to Phoenix.

Insurance would cover it, I would pay the deductible, and no assets would be lost.If you are in an area like San Diego where people are more likely to sue, a judge is more likely to find you guilty, and the payout is expected to be higher, you may consider an umbrella insurance policy.

Most brokerages will pay around 25% of their commission when you refer a buyer/seller.
