_______ What breeds/weight?

Are there particular ones you wont allow(big, small, certain breeds)?

I don't have to police breeds just size which is more cut and dry. 

What has been your experience renting to people who have a restricted dog breed?

At my other single-family properties, I require them to at least:-Provide limits of liability to third parties in an amount not less than $100,000 per occurrence-Provide coverage for bodily injury within the Premises and damages to the Premises for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, and/or water damage-Pet liability coverage for bodily injury or property damage with all pets & breeds listed on the insurance policy-Tenant to ensure that the Rental Policy identifies the Tenant as the primary insured and Landlord as an additional insured. 1.

Should any damage occur during your stay as a result of the service animal's actions, responsibility for repair costs would be assumed by the guest.Please be aware that our property accommodates specific breeds of service dogs.

I breed golden retrievers and occasionally watch the dogs that I've produced when their owners go on vacations.

The deals that you find, will be found by every other REI looking for them, so there will be a lot of competition, which breeds multiple offers, and ultimately over bidding.
