Those people use shady tactics to get people down to our briefings, and that's when people get a bad taste in their mouth. rightfully so.I joined because of the real estate, and will admit, the idea of getting good at sales and making huge commissions can be very alluring. but i realized that's just another job, and not one that i particularly want. so my focus shifted back and i will say that the education is enough to get you going in your career. for me the network of people has actually provided more than any class every could. me and some other students rent space down in laguna and our office, while 100% NR, actually does focus a lot more on the RE than other offices. we're pretty fortunate that way. anyway, take care, have a great a day, and do some deals.make it a profitable one.
