I made every attempt to insulate them from us by adding R38 in their floor joist and using resilient channels before the 5/8" drywall was put up on my ceiling.

So If anyone is looking to plant money, I'd love to talk numbers and get you information needed to vet me.   

Resilient channels can be used to suspend the drywall off the studs to limit sound transfer as well.

Also, FYI, the C17 plant is closing this year (or in the process of).

We stage ours lightly with curtain sheers, hand towels, rugs, silk plants, no furniture.

Renting allows a wider radius and you can eventually plant roots somewhere else.The list can go on and on...

There's numerous industrial and chemial plants several miles away and a lot of workers are from out of state getting paid great money and are willing to pay a bit more or split to have a nicer place than some of the basic trailers they usually set them up in.
