Open to being corrected if I’m wrong, it happens.In that case, where tax code doesn’t specifically provide support for a scenario we need to rely on other secondary sources - hence the Pub reference.

When you say private lender, are you referring to a private individual, or do you mean a nonbank lender, such as a lender that is not a Chase bank or a Wells Fargo? 

I know this is a rather basic question, but I'm curious.As an investor, how do you refer to yourself in your email correspondence with realtors and brokers, etc as your title?

I am just guessing that if you cross-reference some of these posts with prior testimonials given, they will come up equal.The state rests.
