While trying to find some fresh farmed eggs for breakfast, I stumbled upon a woman who is selling her home, because her husband passed away last year, and she is having a hard time with mortgage payments. 

Right now, my personal and family circumstances have changed, so we're acquiring a historic property to convert to a bed and breakfast...definitely not in my plans until now.To be frank, there are a million ways to make money in this industry.

In the midrange, people want more square footage, 2-3 redrooms, open concept and nice kitchens preferrably with a breakfast bar or an island.

people try the same with bed and breakfasts asking a high price on a property that itself is worth much less.

If not, that high interest debt (bad debt) is eating your financial freedom for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

.- To do tile just in that area for 3k -just entrance, hallway, breakfast area and kitchen- dining room would remain laminate, laundry room laminate and living room carpet.

thanks brie. and that 70 would be befor mortgage. i will update when i sit down and talk numbers. the property is not on the market and owner does not want to show it unless i'm serious. my realtor had breakfast with him and was telling him about a deal we looked at and passed on, building was in horrible shape and he offered his. so very beginning stages but looks very promising 

The rooms can be rented as AirBnB rooms on easily obtained Bed and Breakfast licenses and built in a residential area, as opposed to constructing a more expensive hotel in a more expensive and difficult to find commercial zoning.
