Build a multifamily property in single family neighborhood
I am interested in buying a single family property. i am thinking to tear it down and build a 3 story multifamily. the lot size and zoning code are allowed for this conversion. the problem is all the property in same block are two story and single family. My question is can i do it by rights? what if the neighborhood against it. I lived in Philadelphia.
Thanks for any advice.
