The biggest players redfin, Zillow and open-door just paused their iBuying business model.You have to remember the transaction side of real estate agent job is only one side of the job the biggest part of being a real estate agent is being a consultant for the seller and/or buyer.

Take note of other players in the asset type you are interested at the brokerage and reach out to them.
