If not, find a wholesaler that is doing deals that is aligned with your business philosophy and help them out.

I believe in the old loving your job so that you never work a day in your life philosophy so that's what's turned me onto a career in real estate.

@Chris Boyd  - I understand the whole "Build it First, and they will come" philosophy.

Though that is my post-2008 philosophy for any market, not that I'm a big time investor or anything.

I don't ascribe to that philosophy, but it's possible that could be hurting you too.
