As appraisers rarely make that kind of error I would hazard a guess that the sq ft is below grade and included in below grade sq footage on the report.

Unfortunately, this is not a home that I would expect to appreciate at all and its not in the best of areas (I've seen many people grading areas on this site, I'm not super familiar with the scoring system but I'd call this a D area).

Someone who looks like they don't have the change to ride a bus or appear to be so stupid they failed 2nd grade is not very likely to have anything for rent (and if they did it would be not be the smart choice for someone to rent from them).Gail
