Commercial product is 0.4 mil and you can put it down on the highway.

There are only a handful of the homes that back up to the highway, so not much current information out there as far as recent sold or rented.

It’s a Normal Sale as mentioned....sign a contract, get a title search and title insurance, go to closing, the taxes get paid out of the seller’s proceeds....assuming the purchase price covers all the outstanding liens. 

I used to live on 2nd St and have a couple 4 unit properties on that street and I can tell you that currently in that one-way section it's a 50 mph highway that often times will have some drag racing between lights. 

The more money you have outstanding, the more negatively it impacts your credit, BUT the more consistently you pay your bills, the better your credit gets.

That gives us an opportunity to meet them and do what @John Underwood said and ask if they have any outstanding maintenance issues or concerns. 

If the interest rates were the same, paying the same total amount each month, either loan would be paid off at the exact same time.....interest charged each month is purely about the total outstanding principal, at that time.

Highway robbery, if you pardon the pun. 

On a general thought, start by becoming an outstanding finder of deals.

Don't think that this town is dying, because it has a well traveled highway that passes through it.
