Long story short- there is a historic (1870’s) home that a nearby city in Wisconsin needs moved to make room for a library parking lot expansion.

I stock pile these items when on sale to use at a future date.

You can do some secret shopping around and just look on craigslist / redfin etc. for apartments for rent nearby and see if they're including utilities in rent. 2.

There's houses on 12.5'x60' lots nearby asking the same as the assessed value of my 50'x100' property!
