A refrigerator is most often provided, but there again you'll find plenty of tenants (especially in a 4/2) who are moving UP from another home, or a series of homes, and may have picked up a fridge along the way.What I personally loathe about appliances is that they (especially W/D, microwaves, and dishwashers) are maintenance traps.
